Meet Rupert

Rupert is a NYC ACC Death Row shelter survivor. He was rescued in April of 2012. He would like to ask everyone to please foster or adopt a shelter dog instead of buying from a pet store or breeder. 10,000 shelter dogs are euthanized everyday in this country so please don't shop, adopt!
