Meet Pepper
Pepper, is 13 years old Long Hair Chihuahua and loves nothing more than to sleep. He doesn't do mornings and will get upset if you try to wake him before he is ready to get up. He loves being outside following us around. He get a little vocal when the cat passes by his food bowl without warning. He likes to eat White rice and hates bath time.
