Meet Otis
Otis came to us in August 2012 weighing 37 lbs completely shut down emotionally, with skin, ear, and eye infections. As of March 2013, he now weighs 71.5 lbs, all of his infections have cleared up, and he's a happy, healthy, laid back boy. He's been through a lot and really has made a come back.
