Meet Ziva
Our 2 1/2 year old Golden, Ziva, brought this chickadee in from the snowbank under the bird feeder. It had hit the feeder and was unconscious. She hopped onto the sofa and licked it until it came to. The bird made no attempt to get away and even hopped closer to her. We took it outside and released it much to the dismay of our two cats.
