Loyal, loves food, protective, lives for treats, cute as a button, adores his neck neck scarves. Had 2 prior inadequate homes and used to be called Xavier. A veterinarian thought he looked like the FOX TODD from The Fox and the Hound, so he convinced the second owners to name him that. He has been called Todd or versions of it ever since.
