Meet Tilly
This was Tilly a few weeks ago playing in the snow doing her usual pose of one ear up and one down.Tilly has not got long to live after finding out her kidneys are failing, Ive had her since I was 6 years old and am finding this news really difficult, Tilly is a rescue dog and she had an awful start but we made her happy and she loves her family.
