Meet Scooter

Scooter was the runt of the litter. His has a predominantly white body and face (which 3 of his siblings also had), an extra long tongue which hangs to his left and eyes spaced closer together than your typical Shih Tzu. Many people find it hard to believe he is not a mixed breed and it seems his abnormalities have made him that much more endearing to dog lovers.
