Meet Rosco

Rosco is a playful, yet laid back, rescue puppy. He is a people lover through and through, and the kind of dog who would thank you for your vote if he could. He's a happy boy with pearly white teeth and he looks like he is ALWAYS smiling. He's highly intelligent and is constantly teaching himself something new. I've even watched him unlock a door on his own! Though he's almost 50 pounds, he still loves cuddling up on his mama's lap! He's a big baby!
