Rio is a special 9 month old puppy. Every day we spend together is a special day! His happiness and love for humans and fur babies never ends. Rio was born with Renal Dysplasia and he doesn’t know the difference. For Rio he is happy and we’re happy to take care of him. The important thing to remember is quality of life!
