Meet Olive

We adopted Olive about a month ago. She is the best thing to ever happen to us. We are so fortunate to have such a kind and loving dog in our lives. She was saved by a local Wisconsin rescue from being euthanized in a Southern state. Olive and her brother were found in bad condition, extremely underweight. (She was 45Ish pounds and is now 78). It's unbelievable that a dog like this almost lost her life. She tested positive for heartworm but fortunately the rescue was willing to treat her. She traveled to Wisconsin in a semi, was treated for heartworm, and recovered at an amazing foster family's home until recently joining our family. Her brother was also adopted by a couple in Wisconsin.
