Meet Noah

Noah entered our lives through an amazing Animal Rescue, called New Life. He was found on the streets of Philadelphia in poor condition. He had a fractured pelvis and tail that was broken in three places. Despite his troubled past, he is the sweetest little boy with a wonderful personality. He hasn't met a dog he doesn't want to play with or a human he doesn't want to cuddle!
