Meet Mugsy
Mugsy was a Puppy Mill dog that was rescued by Delaware Puppy Rescue. He is our "Sweetie" Mugsy loves to make little piggy noises, play with his squeekie toys and his big brother Uno, a Chihuahua, and snuggle up with the family. We love our "Mugsy Moo"
