Meet Monty

This is my Monty. Monty was rescued from a puppy mill where he spent the first year and a half of his life in a cage with hundreds of other sick and damaged dogs! I have had him for almost a year now and he is just coming out of his shell with my other Papillon Luiggi. Sadlly, Monty will not trust a human. The only one he will come to is me and that is only if I have food. I want people to know what effect puppy mills can have on these innocent little babies who have no control over their lives. We are here to love Monty and hope that one day he will be happy and trust a human again.
