Meet MAX

Max is our child. He is Blue Heeler (Austrailian Cattle Dog) He is probably the smartest dog I have ever met, and I am not saying that because he is ours. He is very loyal and loving. He is 8 months old. His favorite treat is anything out of the normal routine of food. He loves his stuffed bone its a plush toy we gave him when we first got him and he cannot be with out it. If you try to take it from him he will follow you and wait until the opportunity comes to steal it back. Its the funniest thing. We got him from a farm like area called Locust Grove in Georgia about 50 minutes from the city. He was in a cage with 2 other dogs, he was sick and shy. His owners did not want him or his siblings so we took him home. Every noise frightened him. We lived right in the middle of the city a stark contrast to where he came from. You would never know he was that dog today, he is the happiest, most confident and loving dog. And we love him dearly!!
