Meet Maggie

Maggie became a part of our family last year and this is a picture that I took right before Christmas last year. Someone recently urged me to submit this photo to a magazine, and here I am! Maggie is just about the sweetest dog you could imagine. We rescued her from an organization that was hosting adoptions at a local Petsmart. Her foster parent was almost hesitant to give her away because she had grown so attached to her. She spends her afternoons playing fetch in the backyard and sneaking up on our two cats who make it clear to her that they are "in charge" around here. Maggie has been the perfect addition to our family and I can't imagine life without her.
