Meet Lulu Bell
I was adopted from Operation Kindess in November of 2015. Someone dropped me off and said they found me in their backyard. It was really scary and my mom always wonders what my life was like my first year. I have a big sister, Dempsey. My dad found her in a trash dumpster about 6 years ago. I also have a brother, Oliver. He is adopted too. I love my family! My favorite toys are old baby shoes!
