Meet Kyley

I am a regular volunteer at the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter. This is a high kill shelter in NE Louisiana. I am also a BOD member of two local animal welfare/rescue's. Kyley was brought into the shelter on a day I was volunteering with her two siblings. Underweight, too young to be at a shelter and in need of medical care. I was her foster and she is my foster fail!
