Meet Japhy Smith
Japhy Smith is a handsome two year old French Mastiff who had an unfortunate start to life. We rescued Japhy from Rising Phoenix Mastiff Rescue after he was saved from a drug house where he was being trained as a guard dog. He was emaciated and scarred from the brutal treatment, but he was still as sweet as ever. Now he is one of the happiest boys around and we love him so much! This photo is his first experience in water at Heather Lake outside of Seattle, and as you can see, he wants that ball!
