Meet Jake

Hi! My name is Jake. My dad witnessed me getting hit by a car and the person just drove away. My dad scooped me up and thanks to them and several strangers, I was able to get the surgeries to save my life. I am such a good dog and I show my thanks with lots of kisses and great poses for the camera!
