Meet Higgins "Higgy Baby" Boles
A year ago his owner was hit by a car while walking him. She was run over and then backed over while he watched. The driver took off leaving his owner in a ditch. Once she came to she couldn't stand or get high enough to flag for help.... After 3.5 hours he walked by a highway and got help. He lead a jogger to her and saved her life when he was only 1 year old! This dog is amazing!
