Meet Franklin

Franklin was rescued from a high kill shelter in the south, and brought up to PA by a wonderful rescue called All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. He was severely dehydrated and malnourished when he arrived because he was the runt of the litter, and didn't get the extra attention he needed at the shelter in the south. Now that he's home he's fully recovered and better than ever! He loves playing with friends, meeting big dogs, running and the great outdoors!
