Meet Frankie

I have adopted him from a rescue group he was in a shelter in Los Angeles Ca. When the group took him in he had a broken hip and one eye is blind. They did hip surgery on him then put him up for adoption this was all back a year ago he is better now he still holds the leg up and hops every once in awhile. He loves going for walks still learning to trust other people and dogs. He loves to play with the neighbors cat.
