Meet Frances
Frances is the sweetest dog I have ever had the pleasure of cuddling up with. She loves her food, but she loves her mommy just as much. It is nice to come home after a long day and see her wagging her butt (her WHOLE butt, not just her tail) to show me that she is happy to see me.
