Meet Effie
Effie is a pure breed Papillion and a survivor. She was born with a liver shunt. The vet operated on her when she was two to try and close the shunt. The operation was unsuccessful. She was very thin. However now she is 4 and through a great diet she has gained weight and is doing well.
