Meet Charlie
Charlie was dumped at a kill shelter by his former owners. He had a fractured spine resulting in partial paralysis of his back legs and total incontinence. Limbo Chihuahua Rescue pulled him from "death row" and I adopted him after that. He now goes everywhere in his "walkin wheels" and is the happiest guy ever :)
