Meet Charlie
Charlie is a rescue. He was found when he was 7 months old. He was found emaciated and with a severe ringworm infection. He was rescued from the streets and treated. He now lives a fabulous life in southern California. I enjoy fighting balloons and singing the blues. He can be found on instagram @Charlie_Moffett
