Meet CESAR

Cesar is a very sweet dog. It is hard to believe that he just showed up in my sisters yard one day, she tried to find the owner and called the animal control and no one ever looked for him, if so they never went the right way or put up poster or anything, she gave him me because she had a cocker spaniel that was hyper and didn't like other dogs. We had another Shih-Tzu and she needed a play mate, and they are like sister and brother, they love each other, we have had Cesar about 2 years and he is loved so much, he loves us back just much. He is a wonderful pet.
