Meet Caesar

Caesar was abused for the first 6 months of his life before we got him. He was the son of two police dogs, but had hip problems. Because they can't have a disabled police dog, the office gave teh puppy to one of his friends who didn't care for him. He spent 6 months tied to an apple tree eating nothing but apples that would fall. We've nursed him back to health and strength, but he still steals apples from our kitchen occasionally.
