Meet Billy

Billy is a beautiful 4 year old Toy Poodle who loves long walks in the park and playing with lots of sticks (as you can see in the photo!). When he was only 5 months old he contracted Viral Meningitis and he was nearly lost to us all. He would love to win this prize and we thinks he deserves to!
