Meet Bayler
Bayler was found wandering a popular hiking trail in Campbell River, BC. Animal control brought Bayler to a vet hospital to receive treatment for an abscess on his neck. A vet tech at the vet hospital fell in love with his non-stop wagging tail and his love for people. She took him in to foster but very soon became a foster failure.
