Meet Balo
Balo is a 1 year old male west highland white terrier and weighs almost 18 pounds. He is very friendly and loves to play but has a very strong personality. Even though terriers are inside dogs, Balo is more of an outdoor dog as he loves to spend time in the sun and run around in the grass.
