We were so lucky to have Karma as long as we did. She was that once in a lifetime dog for me. A true pound puppy who was no stranger to getting into trouble (various vet visits for eating 22 energy bars at once, cat food cans, yarn, raisins, etc). She taught me so much about unconditional love, living life to the fullest, and just being happy. She continues to inspire me as I look for ways to support senior dogs and their owners as well as shelter adoptions.
