Barney was a rescue from the SPCA. He was found wandering around downtown, severely underweight. He was 8 lbs when I took him. He turned out to be a wonderful little friend- loved walking around the hospital & visiting all the people outside. He developed congestive heart failure & fought to stay with us for 2 1/2 years. still wanting to go cheer people up right until the end. He was such a sweetie. And missed by a lot of people he made friends with.
