I was in my neighbourhood pet store this past weekend (like I am every weekend) when I came across this nostalgic treasure – a Lamb Chop dog toy! Although this beloved TV show aired before the dogs’ time, I know they’ll still appreciate the adorable, saucy cuddlebug that was Sheri Lewis’ best pal.

I watched Lamb Chop’s show well beyond infancy into my pre-teen years and am not ashamed to admit that. Something about this soft, snuggly plushie really brings me back, so I couldn’t resist getting one for each of the dogs! I’m really hoping that they’ll sense my attachment to their new toys, and that they’ll exercise some restraint when playing with them. This is doubtful, but miracles happen.
