Meet Tootsie
Tootsie is an amazing dog!! I adopted her on April 1, 2012. When I met her it was love at first sight, no doubt! She was from a puppy mill and why is terribly abused and still recovering from the mental toll taken on her. When I picked her up she had many scars all over her body, bruises & cut, scares, mange, and a broken tail. I am so blessed to have her in my life I don't know what I'd do without Toots. She's my best friend and I love her dearly!
