Meet Scooter
Scooter is a rescued puppy. He is 2 years old and has lived with me for the past 4 months. He was found by a friend tied in a garbage bag with 2 broken legs and covered in urine, feces and fleas. He was 4 lbs. and badly undernourished. His legs have been in casts since I've had him until recently. He ahd surgery on his left leg to have a plate put in because it wouldn't heal. He's finally happy and not scared and is gaining weight. I Love this little guy!!!
