Meet Rosco
Rosco was born deaf and spent the first year of his life in a shelter always being overlooked. We get by using a few hand signals but he isn’t interested in learning tricks. He’d rather spend all day chasing tennis balls and the more destroyed the ball is the more he loves it. He is working on being around strangers and other dogs. He can be picky about who he likes but once he loves you he will follow you all over the house.
