Meet Pheobe
Pheobe's a 10 lb yorkie with a huge personality and tons of energy. Her age hasn't slowed her down at all. Instead, after recently losing an eye to glaucoma, she's recovered with amazing bravery and become like a puppy again. She now spends her time at the park behind her house, running in the grass, swimming at the beach, playing with her toys and enjoying her life every day!
