Meet Jasmine

Jasmine was a “foster fail”. I became her foster mom when the Ohio River flooded recently. Her owners moved and she was nearly flooded over. I took her in and she went from a timid, scared, introverted dog, to one of the happiest and most outgoing dogs I’ve had. She’s been re-homed before the previous owners. She suffered some abuse and neglect. She didn’t even know how to play, and was scared of toys. It’s been a joy to show her how life is supposed to be. She’s made our family complete!!
