Meet Dakota
Dakota is an 8-year old collie/Aussie mix. She is a result of careless merle-to-merle breeding and was born deaf and visually impaired. When she was around 3 years old, she suffered two eye hemmorrhages which resulted in detached retinas and permament blindness. Despite this, Dakota has received her Canine Good Citizen, does adaptive agility, and nosework. She even tried a little rally. Dakota does not let her deafness or blindness stop her from doing anything!
