Meet Berlin (LinLin)

Berlin (or LinLin) is my 5 year old former Police K9 now service dog. I am a veteran of OEF/OIF. Berlin and I go everywhere together, including my work at the VA and CrossFit Huntington. In the photo we are doing "Murph" on Memorial Day 2015. Murph is named for Lt. Michael Murphy of the US Navy SEALs (Medal of Honor). It is a Hero WOD done every Memorial Day consisting of 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run. Berlin ran with me on the last mile!
