Meet Abe

On January 19th, 2017, I attended “Texas Boots and Black Tie Ball in Washington D.C. I had driven from NJ to attend and saw a sign for the The Humane Society of Tulsa, Oklahoma adoption. I saw Abe a scruffy senior, rescued from winter streets of Oklahoma City. Drawn to his sadness he seemed invisible to everyone but me. Love transformed Abe from mangy to tail wagging. I am Abe’s purpose. My purpose is to love Abe. I adopted Abe. Abe rescued me. I am Abe’s world. He has my heart. I have his.
