Send us a photo of your dog in the holiday spirit for a chance to win a prize pack from Redbarn Naturals (value $500).  

To enter simply send your photo entry to holidayphotos@moderndogmagazine.com. Be sure to include your names (both yours and your dog’s), your email address, and your phone number. Once your photo is received we will post it to Modern Dog’s Facebook Contest Photo Album (within 72 hours) and email you confirmation.

Once you have received confirmation, tag your photo in the album. The photo that receives the most ‘likes’ will win a prize pack from Redbarn Naturals (a $500 value!).

TO VOTE for your favourite holiday dog photos, visit the Modern Dog magazine Facebook page and click “Like.” You will then be able to “Like” the photos in the Modern Dog Holiday Photo Album that you are supporting. The photo with the most "Likes" wins!

Contest ends December 17th, 2012, 12:00 PM PST. We will announce the winner on December 18th!

Assignment of Rights

By submitting photographic images to Modern Dog, you grant Modern Dog a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those photographic images at its sole discretion, including storing it on Modern Dog servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books. If you do not wish to grant Modern Dog these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit photographic images. Modern Dog reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the Modern Dog website at any time at its sole discretion. By submitting photographs for entry in the contest you certify that you have the rights to said photographs.

Rules and Regulations

Each Holiday Dog photograph will also have a chance to appear on moderndogmagazine.com, as judged by Modern Dog. You are encouraged to promote voting for your dog through various streams, including email, blogging, social networking sites, etc. All photos entered in the photo contest regardless of number of votes have a chance to appear in Modern Dog magazine. Photo selection for inclusion in the magazine is solely at the discretion of Modern Dog. Modern Dog reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, winner eligibility. Modern Dog reserves the right to change these contest rules at any time. Inappropriate photos and comments will be deleted. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest is open to legal Canadian and US residents 18 and older as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Good luck!
