Meet Tibbers

Tibbers has had an incredibly rough start to life so far. He was born paralyzed but after 2 months of therapy he can now miraculously walk. He's 4 months now & still has quite a few health problems including seizures, inner ear issues, he can't quite run yet, is still very shaky on his feet, & the vet believes he maybe a dwarf due to his incredibly tiny size. He may end up having to have surgery to fix some of his medical problems. Despite all of his set backs, he is the most happy & loving dog!
