Meet Spencer

We taught Spencer to "place" on a fire hydrant and now he can't walk by without getting on! He'll also "spin" on it if we ask him to. This one is at the entrance to a Park with a steep hill down from the road and hydrant. My husband & I walk down the hill so passing cars can't see us. It's a riot to watch the reactions as people drive by in disbelief! Some actually turn around and come back to have a second look. I've tried to get him to wear a fire helmet but it keeps falling off.
