Penelope (pep for short) is the youngest of her brother and sister. She’s a tiny girl, weighing 3 pounds but has the biggest personality. If she’s not hoping around she’s wrestling with the other 2!! Don’t let her tiny Size fool you, she’s as brave as they come and doesn’t back down from the larger breed dogs.
