Meet Loki
My name is Keith Milks. I am with the Howe Police Department in Texas, and Loki is my partner. K9 Loki was found abandoned in Cibolo, Texas, showing of abuse and neglect. He was adopted and trained by Universal K9 to detect narcotics and donated to me. K9 Loki and I have been patrolling since December and he has showed great success in helping stop the flow of drugs into our community. He is a godsend to me and our community and shows that rescue dogs are capable of anything!
