Meet Lily
This is Lily, a 10-year-old hospice therapy dog enjoying her first trip to the beach. She keeps smiling even though this past year has been difficult for her. She was diagnosed with Cushing's disease in January and four months later had to have surgery to repair her knee. She is one cute little fighter!
