Meet Jake

Jake is 8 years old ! He is a full need Pomeranian and clearly loves the outdoors. A couple months ago he was diagnosed with severe collapsed trachea. Thankfully his doctors assisted us and he made a full recovery. He's full of life , happy , healthy and mommys best friend. He loves to hang outside and take walks and go bye byes in the car in his car seat and stroller with his mommy ! He's sticking his little tongue out here !
