Meet Pip
Rescued as a puppy from a supposed puppy farm. He lives with another dog of 17 years. He's completely blue with one white foot and one white claw. Doesn't like street walking, would much prefer going up the fields and running around. He has the biggest heart and is a great representation of how smart the chihuahua breed can be.
